Delivery Statement
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via FedEx Ground® with tracking number provided in ship conformation e-mail. If you prefer delivery by FedEx Nextday®, or FedEx 2 Day® shipping, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

FedEx reserves the right to deliver Economy packages to the address provided or to the nearest post office along their route. These packages are not insured or traceable by FedEx and Yankee Candle will not be responsible for the replacement of lost or stolen packages.
Delivery We ship most in-stock items within 2- 4 business days. You should receive your order 5 to 7 business days from shipment date.
PO Box, APO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US territories are shipped via Parcel Post, all other shipments are via FedEx.
Canada We now ship to Canada via FedEx. For orders under $100 US, shipping charges are a flat rate fee of $30. For orders over $100 US, shipping charges are 30% of the subtotal of the order.
International and Outside the Contiguous United States International shipments are now shipped FedEx International Express. For international shipments, please e-mail our Customer Service Representative at info@teakwoodbay.com to place your order. For order under $100 US, the shipping charges are a flat rate fee of $36. For orders over $100 US, the shipping charges are 36% of the subtotal of your order.
Shipments outside the 48 contiguous United States may be subject to import charges and taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient.

Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to exchange or return an item for any reason please enclose your invoice and merchandise in the original packaging. Send the box to us via FedEx or insured mail to the addresses below. We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D.
